An uncovered spot is available, asking $220/month. Covered spots are currently leased, but when one becomes available, you would have first option to transfer your lease to covered, at covered rates.
Note that access to the common living areas of the building is restricted to owners/tenants so you would need to ingress/egress with the garage opener.
We could also meet so you could look at the spaces available before you decide, given that non-residents would need to enter/exit through the garage with the opener.
