It is off a Catalina but
will work on other gm models.
Color gold .Driver condition or race car. Many cracks in grip but solid. They sell epoxy to fix the cracks in these older wheels . Or put a leather grip on it. Restore or use as is. Horn buttons all there and aluminum no cracks . All original screws present.
