We’re looking for someone who is:
• Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable handling a wide range of apartment repairs
• Looking for full-time, long-term employment
• Able to communicate clearly
Requirements (must have)
• Live within 30 minutes of Bucktown / Wicker Park
• Reliable transportation
• Your own tools for apartment maintenance
• Able to use a smartphone and computer (email, work orders, apps)
• Able to move heavy objects
Typical work includes
• Apartment repairs and turnovers
• Electrical repairs
• Plumbing (faucets, toilets, clogs, leaks)
• Appliance troubleshooting
• Drywall patching and painting
• Doors, locks, trim, blinds
• Periodic inspections and preventative maintenance
• Landscaping, Snow Shoveling, Cleaning
Experience with electric wiring, HVAC, tiling, or advanced repairs is a plus but not required for every task.
