Our Branch Managers are the driving force of revenue growth for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.  The Branch Manager is ultimately accountable for recruiting productive agents, increasing productivity and retaining top talent.  Successful Branch

Managers do this through effectively selling the Coldwell Banker Value Proposition (Production Power, Culture of Awesomeness, Wealth Building and Coaching to Confidence), coaching agents on increased production and implementing an office culture where agents thrive. 

The Branch Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the sales and operations management of his/her office.  Success is measured on continuous, increased financial performance and market share growth.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Executes recruiting strategy driving net new agent growth.
  • Artfully articulate the company's value proposition to attract and retain agents to Coldwell Banker.
  • Successfully achieve the activity-based expectations through the national performance coaching program.
  • Effectively coaches agents on best practices to drive increased sales production.
  • Effectively manage P&L to achieve annual profitability goals.
  • Bring high energy level to motivate staff and agents and create a "culture of awesomeness" within branch office.
  • Drive high performance culture to increase engagement and retention of productive agents and staff.
  • Manage the overall operations of the branch office.
  • Make strong talent acquisition and talent management decisions to effectively support agent base.
  • Ensure strong reputation of office in the local market.
  • Align with Coldwell Banker's company strategy to ensure agents are aware of all products and services available to them.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competition to ensure office is well positioned.
  • Ensure ethical practices on all real estate transactions.

  • Proven track record of leading sales team 
  • Management experience preferred
  • 3 - 5 years sales experience
  • Experience leading, motivating and retaining sales associates 
  • Demonstrated capability in inspiring, motivating & coaching a team to success
  • Strong influencing skills
  • P&L responsibility
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills required
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Enthusiastic leader with ability to garner instant credibility
  • Real Estate salesperson's license required, broker's license preferred (where applicable)
