Up-and-coming boutique store entering our third year of business and growing!
Our boutique is located in Lakeview East, in a bustling neighborhood of shops, restaurants, bars, and more!
This position is perfect for an early career or second job.
Seeking a clean-cut and confident salesperson who is responsible, dependable, and charismatic to help with floor sales and boutique upkeep.
Tasks include:
--Greeting all customers promptly and with kindness
--Maintaining store and product cleanliness (including folding and re-hanging shirts, sweaters, etc)
--Assist with stocking new product and maintaining inventory
--Be willing to learn about our specific niche products and make recommendations to customers
--Assist with online orders
--Ability to upsell a plus!
--Assist with store open/closing procedures
--Must be able to lift and carry 20-30 lbs
--Must be able to walk/stand for 5-7 hours
--Other light variable tasks
This is a part-time position for now, offering 15-20 hours a week. Employee primarily will work three 5-6 hour shifts on the weekends, but we close early (7pm on Friday and 6pm on Saturday/Sunday)!
Performance review and potential pay increase after 90 days!
Must have reliable transportation!
