Our client, a legendary Chicago company since the 1940's is looking for help during their busy season!! Are you available for 8 weeks to help in this exciting and fun time of the year for them.?
I do ask that you are able to commit to the full 8 weeks! There will be some OT, paid time and a half. There are a few different roles, but you would be trained on all of them. Training starts November 18th with the assignment running a little after the New Year.
Positions include:
Calls- Taking orders from customers over the phone
Chat- Chatting with customers through their website (Responses are in templates)
Complaints- Assisting customers with any complaints/issues (might be faced with angry customers)
UPS- Assisting on any UPS errors or changes with address/delivery
This assignment is in their office located in Lincoln Park! You can get there by public transportation, and there is also a parking lot if you prefer to drive. The shifts vary days/times so if you are interested please let me know, I would love to speak with you. The hourly rate is $14.00 an hour.
This is truly an exciting time for them, great experience to add to your resume, and a way to make some extra cash quickly! Incentives will be provided during the duration of the assignment.
