We're looking for two exceptional Studio Co-Managers to help lead one of Chicago's most unique experiential retail businesses.
This is more than candle making.
We create unforgettable experiences centered around fragrance, creativity, and genuine human connection. Since opening our doors, we've welcomed over 20,000 guests, earned 1,000+ five-star Google reviews, and have been featured on WGN Daytime Chicago, WTTW, Roku TV, CBS Destination Chicago, and several publications and podcasts.
Who We're Looking For
You're someone who naturally enjoys making people feel welcome.
You love creating memorable experiences, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy leading with positivity and professionalism. You don't have to know everything about candles—we'll teach you that.
We're looking for someone who can confidently lead a room, solve problems, and make every guest feel like they belong.
Responsibilities
• Lead candle-making and fragrance experiences
• Create an energetic and welcoming atmosphere
• Coach and support Studio Assistants
• Ensure exceptional customer service
• Help maintain studio presentation and cleanliness
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Encourage Google reviews and guest engagement
• Capture content for social media
• Help guests celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, bridal showers, date nights, and corporate events
• Support private events and seasonal experiences
Must be able to work in a highly fragrant environment
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Ideal Background
Experience in one or more of the following:
Hospitality
Events
Retail Leadership
Restaurants
Hotels
Entertainment
Customer Experience
Teaching
Performing Arts
Leadership experience is preferred, but personality and attitude matter even more.
