I am purchasing a home and need someone to take over my lease. $79 application fee and $350 move in fee applies.

Supera is the rental company that is manages through Peak Properties. I've rented a lot and they are my favorite, hands down. They run charitable donation drives each quarter to give back to the community, offer free rent contests, and also donated the space attached to this building to a local artist to use as an art gallery. Maintenance is kind, knowledgeable and responsive.
