Hi everyone! My roommate I just re-signed a lease with our landlord and have moved into the apartment pictured below. Now that we're all settled, we're looking for 1 more person to join us ASAP or sometime in January on our lease. It's a huge, spacious, family-style apartment in a residential neighborhood.
To join the lease and move in, you'd have to pass a credit check with proof of income of at least 3x your portion of the rent; or have a co-signer/guarantor.
