We have a longstanding good relationship with our landlord and they are fairly responsive when it comes to any concerns. Within the past year or so, they replaced our oven and recently purchased a new washer/dryer for the three-flat building that is free to use.
Most of the common areas are already furnished with our furniture. If you have other furniture there is room for it however you would still need furniture for your room. Our spare bedroom currently has some weightlifting equipment however that can be moved to make room if need be. Not seeking anyone that currently has a pet.
We're a 5 minute walk to the Red Line and 10 minutes to the Brown Line if you need to commute on the L.
A little about us:
I'm a 32 year old guy and have been in Chicago (and this apartment) since early 2017. I’m in sales and work remotely. In my free time, I’m usually in rec leagues and like to get out and about, even with as cold as Chicago winters get. I’m also out of the apartment a lot spending time at my girlfriend’s place.
A 25 year old girl who moved in early 2023. She works for the Chicago Cubs in the fan services department and front desk closing at a Chicago soccer club. In her free time, she likes to cook especially meats and has a well-stocked spice rack in our kitchen.
A 30 year old guy who works in marketing in the West Loop. Moved in a little under 3 years ago to be closer to friends and to work and is a bit of a movie buff. Went to South Carolina and is a big Gamecock fan.
