Hi, Im looking for someone to rent a bedroom from december-June while I work in FloridA THIS WINTER. My girlfriend will be living in the other bedroom. You will also have a your own living room thats around 20 feet by 15 feet. the livig room has a sectional couch, big dining table, a norditrack jogging machine, a 60 inch tv with amazon prime, and an exercise bike. My lady friend is 40 yrs ols and quiet. This building has 2 units and is on the top floor. A grandmother and her daughter live below, so I expect the weekdaysto bevery quiet after 9pm,no parties please. If you would like to invite friends on the weekends go ahead. No smoking or animals are aloowed in the building. Its an older victorian unit but has tons of space. I can show the place any day after 2pm and you can meet Val and see if your the right fit. Utilities are included, you will be sharing the bathroom with her, so I would rather have a woman live with her. No drugs please in the house as it is owned by the police in the same district.
I would need proof of employment, 1st month rent, last month rent, plus 1 month security deposit. The bedroom has a king bed or you can bring your own mattress.
