The apartment is located in Roger’s Park, half a block from the Roger’s Park metra, half a block from stops for the 22 bus, and about a 12 minute walk from either Howard to grab the 🟣 purple line or Morse to grab the 🔴 red line. (If timing is good, can also grab the 22 to Howard, takes about 5 minutes)
My share of the rent is $820/month and we split utilities (wifi, gas, and electric) 3 ways. Wifi is $23/person, gas ranges from $18-50/person, and electric is usually around $30/person.
Roommates are both queer artists with day jobs, the vibe is friendly while everyone does their own thing. Would be getting you in touch with the roomies to see if it’s a good match 🙂 Unfortunately, no cats as one of them is allergic. Also, if coming with a dog there is a $250 pet move-in fee along with $50/month in pet rent.
