- Must be working and have a study income
- 2 months Security Deposit. 1st month is to be paid upon moving in. 2nd month of deposit is to be paid later within 3 payments
- 2 months moving out notice only.
- 1 year minimum stay
- Must be clean and contribute to cleaning the shared spaces(fridge, bathroom, kitchen, daily garbage drop off). This not a hotel or AirBnB type of rental.
- This is a shared apartment. Thus, looking for SERIOUS, RESPECTFUL and RESPONSIBLE people only.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Pictures of the apartment are up-to-date. However the pictures for the room are of 2 years ago. Once current tenat leaves on September 2nd, the room will be re-painted to match the pictures. Thus availability is September 6. The new Tenant can also move in earlier and we can re-paint the room once they move either fully or partially.
- The apartment has other roommates (up to 5) in separate rooms.
- Kitchen, Bathroom and Dinning room are shared
- Management is on site
- Parking is available within the building fenced back yard for an additional fee
