Spacious 2/bedroom/2bath. I’m looking for someone who is CLEAN and respectful of boundaries and privacy. Someone who is responsible with their bills. The apartment is in Albany park, residential neighborhood on the second floor of a 3 flat building. Within a mile from kimball brown line, Irving and Jefferson park blue line stops. Irving park metra station and 15 minutes from Ohare airport. Plenty of coffee shops and grocery stores (jewel & aldi) within walking distance. Gompers Park and forest preserve 3 blocks away. Street parking available, no permit required.

The apartment is fully furnished. The private bedroom available has a queen size bed, brand new that you can utilize. if not I will have it removed if not needed. Private Bathroom has a full size tub and shower.

I’m 39 female. I work long hours throughout the week so I’m not home a lot during the weekdays. Weekends I love to be at home cooking, watching sports, spending time with my partner and our dog (dog does not live with me). I’m a fun, hardworking, responsible person looking for the same in a roommate.
