1 room for rent in a 3 bedroom rear coach house in Old Town, Chicago. $950 per month, utilities included. Great residential neighborhood, blocks from the old town bar/restaurant scene, 5 minutes from the lakefront and beach 5 blocks from the brown line, 2 blocks from the 37, 72, 22 and other bus routes. Currently 2 roommates with 1 room available. I'm a straight male in my 30s. Two floors, two bathrooms, large living room with fireplace, laundry on site. Have a 5 year old 30lb terrier mix dog, he's friendly but energetic. I've lived in this house for 10 years now, I love the neighborhood and the price for the place. The room is available to be moved in Jan1st. First months rent of $950 and security deposit of $950 due at signing. The place is furnished but the room is not. The pictures of the room are from the previous roommates setup. The room with the pole in the middle is not the bedroom that’s a separate room.
