Hi, I'm looking to fill a room in my top floor walk up 2 bed 1 bath Lincoln Square apartment. Available immediately. There's coin laundry in the basement and street parking. I'm male, 29, working nights at a restaurant and relatively tidy and organized. I just hate dusting. The pics are from when I first moved in, It's more lived in now. My lease ends Sep 30 and I haven't decided yet if I want to resign, but we'll see as that's still a few months away. We would split rent and utilities and I have WIFI so we can split that too. Heat is included, it's a radiator building that works really well. There was a 300 move in fee when I moved in, so just 150 your share.
