There is a washer and dryer unit in the basement of the building which is very reliable.
There are public bus stops right outside the building and it is about 25 minute walk to the Blue Line CTA.
Included in the rent is gas, AC, heating, water and internet.
Only electricity needs to be paid on a monthly basis.
Absolutely no pets and no smoking allowed.
There is a security system in place.
The room does faintly oversee the Chicago skyline from a distance.
