It’s a historic building
With 2 bedrooms and one bath (bathroom shared but we keep clean)
NO laundry on site
Window AC
NO free parking in front of the apt (it’s a paid parking) of course it’s downtown
Apt with view to the Chicsgo Skyline
Living room with dinner table
It’s simple place perfect for someone that need a place in downtown
Me .. I work with sports and I play soccer
I prefer someone that use the apt for quiet times .. no loud music .. big respect for the others .. no smoking is allowed .. it’s most likely a place to relax and sleep and get going with life .. no party or people over - I’ll be very selected on who is the perfect match for this
On winter I travel out the country for work so you probably have the apt for yourself for a month
Rent is 900 with everything including .. water / internet / electricity and etc
river walk is 2 blocks away
Michigan ave is 3 blocks away
If you work or go to school downtown it’s perfect
I can do a 3 months contract and if you do well and follow the rules we can extend for one year
It’s hard to find good people so sometime we need to try it first
