Hi all! Looking for a roommate, my roommate moving out this weekend from our 2 bed 2 bath. Can move in any time, expect someone will want Sept 15 or Oct 1 but can be flexible. Lease until Sept 1 2026. Ground floor unit on Sheffield between Armitage and Willow, 4 min walk from brown line, 8 min from red line, amazing area, in unit laundry, you'd have the way nicer bathroom and bigger room. $900 all in monthly including utilities and everything. Definitely would want to meet first to ensure we are compatible as roommates! I work in person 5 days a week so you can def work at home, my roommate leaving his WFH setup I think. Including pics of the place and some screenshots of what I don't have pics of from the original listing online (backyard doesn't look quite as nice anymore lol).
