I am looking to share my condo in Printers Row/South Loop, just a block away from Downtown/The Loop/Financial District. The CTA Red, Blue and all L line stops are within a couple to a few blocks away, as are I-90 and I-290 via the Congress Expressway.
The condo itself is a split-bedroom layout, corner unit; this ensures that there is maximum privacy and quiet at all times. The room also comes with its own dedicated bathroom with a shower cabin.
I am looking to let the room furnished (with a glass/metal desk, a premium office chair, a 12" memory foam queen size mattress and bedframe, a console table, a closet storage system, a 65-inch premium TV and surround sound system, as shown in the pictures). The room has killer views of the Sears (Willys) Tower, the Chicago Board of Trade, and the Loop. The amenities offered are a high-rise building with a doorman and package receiving room, a gym room, a sundeck, TV basic cable, and high-speed gigabit internet.
Once-a-month professional CLEANING SERVICE and ALL utilities are INCLUDED in the monthly rent amount.
