I am looking for a new roommate in Wicker Park for September 1, rent is $1430.
My name is Tyler, I'm 30 and a project manager at a startup in West Loop. I usually go into the office every day, so you'll have a quiet place if you work from home. I don't really go out to bars or clubs, but I do hang out with friends outside the apartment regularly and just like to explore the city in general. I also like to cook/bake, have friends over for dinner, etc. I also like biking and just generally being outside.
I am looking for a roommate for my apartment in Wicker Park near North Ave and Ashland Ave. My current roommate is moving for a new job and I want someone to move in on September 1.
Rent is $2860 for both of us which equals out to $1430 each. Utilities are around $50-$100 for heat, electricity, internet depending on the season.
The apartment is 2 floors. On the first floor there is the kitchen, living room, and half bath with both our rooms and shared bathroom on the second floor. There's also a balcony that's great for chilling out or eating dinner with friends.
