ROOMMATE WANTED
My roommate is moving out and I am looking for a new one. I currently live in a 4bedroom, 2 bath and rent the smallest bedrooms with one as a home office. Apartment is well furnished outside of the bedrooms.
THIS RENTAL IS FOR THE TWO LARGER BEDROOMS including garage spot. The smaller one could easily be a spacious home office. Must make 2.5x rent to get approved. Both pictured with a queen size bed.

This is not a party spot! Looking for respectful, considerate, clean young professionals in their late 20’s/early 30s, FEMALES ONLY, preferably someone who respects quiet time/bedtime.
I teach yoga and often use the sunroom for practice/meditation/teaching
I also will dog-sit regularly, so sometimes i will be gone for the week. however, you must be OK with dogs in case i have to bring them by. They are all very good pups.
The apartment is on the top floor in a duplex in Lincoln Square near Jewel, Welles park, Sulzer Library, Trader Joes etc.
