My roommate is moving out so I'm looking for someone to take over his half of the lease on September 1st. The lease would go until June. Rent is 585 each with utilities getting to be about 60~ per person.

About me: I'm a gay social nerd. I'm either quietly in my room playing video games/watching a movie or I'm out with my friends.

About the apartment: It's a 2BR 1BA. Your room (bigger of the two) has it's own entrance you can use. Has a large closet and other closet space in the apartment. We have a large kitchen and large living room. Laundry and storage are in the building. It is located a block from the Clark bus or three blocks from the Wilson Red line. Right near local bars and restaurants in the uptown area. Aldi, Jewel, Target, 711, and Walgreens are all within walking distance. There's a farmer's market on our block every Wednesday.
