The best feature in my opinion is the large covered balcony/terrace off the living room in the tree canopy. The unit has three bedrooms and 1 bath, an updated kitchen with black appliances and granite counters. The bedroom you would be renting is fairly large with a large walk in closet located off the kitchen. Central AC/Heat.
