I'm posting on behalf of our 22-year-old daughter, who is looking for a short-term rental, sublet, or private room in Chicago from July 31–August 8 (8 nights). She's between leases and looking for a safe, comfortable place to stay during that time.
Ideally she's looking for:
• A private room, studio, or apartment (though she's open to other arrangements)
• Hermosa, Humboldt Park, Ukrainian Village, or nearby neighborhoods
• A budget of up to $700 for the stay
• On-street parking at a minimum; a private parking space would be even better
She's employed full-time, quiet, clean, responsible, a non-smoker, has no pets, and will only have her clothing and personal belongings. References are available, and she's happy to connect beforehand.
