Position Overview:
We are looking for reliable, level-headed individuals to join our team as Door Staff / Bar Security. This role is less about traditional security enforcement and more about hospitality, awareness, and good judgment. You will be the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment inside the bar.
Key Responsibilities:
Check IDs and ensure all guests meet legal age requirements
Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner
Monitor guest behavior and overall atmosphere inside the bar
De-escalate situations calmly and respectfully
Address and remove unruly or disruptive guests when necessary
Communicate effectively with bartenders and management
Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment
Qualifications:
Must be 21+
Prior experience in hospitality, bar staff, or security is a plus (not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Good judgment and situational awareness
Professional, respectful demeanor
Reliable and punctual
