Position Overview:
We are seeking professional, reliable, and experienced Security Officers to join our team. Candidates will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for tenants, visitors, and property assets. Must be able to work weekends, Holidays, and a variety of shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and guests
- Patrol and monitor building premises to ensure safety and security
- Enforce building policies and procedures professionally
- Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies
- Maintain detailed incident and activity reports
- Assist in access control, crowd management, and emergency situations
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid Illinois PERC card
- Minimum of 1 year experience in security
- Able to walk, stand for long periods of time, and lift a minimum of 25 Lbs.
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
