Hello! I'm a 40 year old woman, Chicago native who will soon be in-between housing as I interview for jobs in other cities. I'm looking for a room and preferably a private bathroom in a clean, quiet house or apartment. Start date could be anywhere between Sept 29-Oct 13, and would most likely go through the end of the year but could end sooner if I move to another city for work. I have excellent credit, stable income, no pets, don't smoke nor use any substances, am super tidy (kind of a clean freak actually), quiet, and considerate. I work, go to the gym/yoga, see friends, etc.- pretty standard lifestyle. I travel a lot so would likely be gone at least one full week per month. Preferred neighborhoods are Logan Square, West Town, Bucktown, Ukrainian Village, Lincoln Park, or Gold Coast, but I'm open to pretty much anywhere if it's a good setup. Budget is flexible but $800-1100/month would be ideal.
