Hello I am Josh! I am 29! I am ethnically Filipino and White! I am looking for roommates! My lease ends in January, so I am looking to move at the end December or start of January! My max budget is $1200 a month, ideally under that!
Ideally looking to move to around: Logan square, Avondale, Bucktown, Wicker Park, West Town, Irving Park or Lakeview.
At least street parking is a must because I have a (small) truck.
Close to the Blue or Red line would be ideal too!
I do have a 9 year old miniature schnauzer named buddy! He is mostly chill and quiet. He gets along with most dogs and cats but would have to meet your pets (if you have any) beforehand to make sure.
A little about me: I am a freelance software engineer! When I am home I am usually sitting at my computer or in my bed watching TV. Usually pretty quiet and clean. Really enjoy learning new skills and making things out of wood, metals or 3D printing objects. Would really enjoy to be around others that are entrepreneurial or creative/artistic!
