We’re hiring Inside/Outside Sales Representatives to fuel the rapid growth of our construction company. If you’re competitive, driven, and hungry to win, this is an opportunity to build serious sales skills while earning strong weekly pay and commissions.

This role is for you if:
• You’re highly motivated and goal-oriented

• You’re confident speaking with customers in person and over the phone
• You take coaching seriously and apply feedback quickly
• You stay focused and persistent under pressure
What you’ll do throughout the week:
• Make inbound and outbound sales calls from our online advertisements (email and text as well)
• Cold calling
• Qualify leads and book appointments
• Follow up consistently with prospects and customers
• Perform door-to-door sales in assigned areas
• Hand out flyers and work booths at local events
• Track activity accurately in our CRM
• Work directly with operations and management to close deals

Pay & Schedule:
• 40 hours/week | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:45 PM (45-minute lunch)
• $1,250 per week, paid weekly (must sell one kitchen package per week)
• After selling four kitchen packages in a month, an additional $500 commission check will be given the following month
