We provide high-intention, pre-qualified leads from customers actively requesting moving services.
Your job is simple: consult, build value, follow up on estimates, and close.
If you know how to control a call, overcome objections, and convert serious buyers β this is for you.
π° COMPENSATION
-1099 Independent Contractor
-Draw against Tiered Commission (paid biweekly)
-6β10% commission per closed deal
-Performance bonuses for high conversion
-Earning Potential: $5,000 β $15,000+ per month
Top closers earn more.

π SCHEDULE
-MondayβFriday (10amβ6pm or 11amβ7pm CT)
-One weekday off
-Saturday rotation required
-Monday availability mandatory
π― YOUR ROLE (CLOSING & ESTIMATE FOLLOW-UP)
-Handle high-intention inbound leads
-Conduct consultative sales calls
-Provide accurate moving estimates
-Perform estimate follow-up to secure bookings
-Overcome objections and secure deposits
-Update CRM (SmartMoving / Granot experience a plus)
-No cold calling.
-No lead generation.
-No appointment setting.
You close and follow through.
