Experience in Long Distance / Interstate Moving Sales REQUIRED
Stanford Van Lines is hiring a professional closer, not a telemarketer.
We provide high-intention, pre-qualified leads from customers actively requesting moving services.
Your job is simple: consult, build value, follow up on estimates, and close.
If you know how to control a call, overcome objections, and convert serious buyers — this is for you.
💰 COMPENSATION
-1099 Independent Contractor
-Draw against Tiered Commission (paid biweekly)
-6–10% commission per closed deal
-Performance bonuses for high conversion
-Earning Potential: $5,000 – $15,000+ per month
Top closers earn more.
📍 LOCATION OPTIONS
-In-Office (Chicago, 60606)
OR
-Remote (Must work U.S. business hours – EST/CT)
📅 SCHEDULE
-Monday–Friday (10am–6pm or 11am–7pm CT)
-One weekday off
-Saturday rotation required
-Monday availability mandatory
🎯 YOUR ROLE (CLOSING & ESTIMATE FOLLOW-UP)
-Handle high-intention inbound leads
-Conduct consultative sales calls
-Provide accurate moving estimates
-Perform estimate follow-up to secure bookings
-Overcome objections and secure deposits
-Update CRM (SmartMoving / Granot experience a plus)
-No cold calling.
-No lead generation.
-No appointment setting.
You close and follow through.
🧠 YOU MUST HAVE
-Proven Long Distance Moving Sales experience
-Documented high conversion performance
-Strong objection-handling skills
-Confidence closing high-ticket services
-Ability to control the sales conversation
-This is not an entry-level role.
