Events by Ashé (EBA) is a luxury Caribbean Carnival travel agency with 15 years of experience. We create done-for-you Carnival experiences — Trinidad Carnival, Crop Over, Spicemas, and more — for high-achieving professional women who want the full cultural experience without the planning, the stress, or the guesswork.
We are looking for a part-time Travel Sales Associate to join our team. This is a 100% remote, flexible role. You set your own hours — though our clients are busy professional women who are most reachable in the evenings and weekends.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Follow up on inbound inquiries by phone and email
Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and match them to the right Carnival experience
Close high-value sales and guide clients through the booking process
Build relationships and provide personalized follow-up to drive repeat business
Maintain CRM records and keep your sales pipeline up to date
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
2+ years of sales experience — luxury travel, hospitality, high-end retail, or concierge services preferred
Familiarity with Caribbean Carnival culture (you get why our clients love it)
Proven track record closing high-value sales
Strong communicator with a consultative, relationship-first approach
Professional, discreet, and detail-oriented
Comfortable prioritizing evenings and weekends for client outreach
COMPENSATION:
100% commission — strong performers who work the peak Carnival sales seasons consistently can expect meaningful income
On-Target Earnings (OTE) discussed during the interview process
Discounts on EBA travel experiences and familiarization trips
Flexible schedule — 10–20 hours per week, you own your calendar
Potential to grow hours, income, and responsibility based on performance
