Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a motivated professional who can manage inventory, assist customers, and help drive sales in a fast-paced shop environment.
Position Overview🗒️
We’re seeking an Inventory Manager / Sales Representative who can take ownership of stock management while providing excellent customer service. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable talking to customers about truck and trailer components.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, receiving and organizing parts, and helping walk-in customers or phone inquiries find exactly what they need.
Key Responsibilities👷♂️
Inventory Management
-Maintain accurate stock levels and conduct regular cycle counts
-Receive, label, and organize incoming parts shipments
-Track inventory through our shop management system (Fullbay experience is a plus)
-Prepare outgoing orders and ensure timely fulfillment
-Monitor fast-moving parts and communicate restock needs
Sales & Customer Service
-Assist walk-in customers with parts lookup and purchasing
-Answer phone/email inquiries and provide product recommendations
-Build strong relationships with local shops, fleets, and drivers
-Create sales invoices and process payments
-Upsell complementary parts when appropriate
Qualifications🌟
-Experience in truck and trailer parts, heavy-duty equipment, or automotive parts preferred
-Strong knowledge of common truck/trailer components is a plus
-Previous sales, inventory, or warehouse experience preferred
-Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a warehouse/shop setting
-Comfortable using basic computer systems (Fullbay, Shopify, or similar a plus)
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
