Brad's Deals is looking for a Sales Engineer Intern that is interested in problem solving and growing new revenue streams. We are seeking a strategic-minded doer who will work cross-functionally to help customers solve real, technical problems. You will own new customer integration, assist with monthly billing, and optimize workflow processes. Placed within the Operations Team, you will work closely with our Business Development, Customer Support, and Product teams.

What You Will Do

Create new customer accounts
Author customer implementation documentation
Test customer integrations
Investigate implementation issues
Pull reporting data for billing
Analyze current processes to find efficiencies
Partner with stakeholders to get to the root of the issues, and develop pragmatic solutions
Learn how to analyze client output and spot errors in the setup, and correctly identify fixes
Evaluate both client implementations for accuracy, and processes for efficiency
Apply your observations on both setup and process efficiency to shape/refine existing processes
Create new opportunity by learning how to integrate with clients using systems that are unfamiliar to us

Who You Are

You have HTML experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Proven ability of looking at analytic solutions in multiple ways
Ability to think strategically and 'big picture,' but can balance that with pragmatism
Intellectual curiosity and flexibility
