We’re a small but dynamic family office based in Chicago, primarily focused on real estate and private business investments. As we explore the transformative potential of AI, we’re looking for a highly knowledgeable AI consultant who deeply understands LLMs, the AI tools ecosystem and how to strategically combine them to create new business opportunities.
Here's a potential project:
- Create a database of self storage brokers across the country (name, firm, email address)
- Email campaigns to them asking them a question
- Collect answers in a database, name cluster, looking for insights
Scope:
- Short-term engagement, work when you have time
- Set your hourly rate
- Work can be remote, but preference for someone open to meeting in Chicago if needed
