Paving. HVAC. Roofing. Concrete. Plumbing. Landscaping. I'm a real estate investor and operator in the Chicago suburbs with contractors and crews across every major home services vertical. What I don't have is the one person who can build the machine that feeds them.
The role:
You're the AI builder. I need someone who can spin up SEO-optimized local lead gen sites fast and automate as much of the pipeline as possible: site creation, content, Google Business Profile, citations, lead capture and routing. One repeatable system, deployed across dozens of niches and service areas.
What you bring:
- Advanced AI usage: agentic workflows, automations, custom skills and plugins, MCP servers, multi-step pipelines. This is the core requirement, not a bonus
-Real production experience with Claude Code / Claude Cowork
- Local SEO fundamentals: service area pages, GBP, schema, citations
- Strong copywriting and landing page conversion instincts
- A builder mentality. You ship, you iterate, you don't need hand-holding

The deal:
Paid engagement from day one. Real upside (rev share or equity in what we build) once we prove the model. In-person to start, but the build work can be remote.
