We are seeking an experienced IT professional to build and manage a scalable remote environment. We need someone with a proven track record of success in deploying and managing RMM agents (specifically NinjaOne) and ensuring persistent, reliable device connectivity.
Key Requirements:
· RMM Expert: Deep experience with NinjaOne (Datto/others ok). You must know how to ensure high check-in rates and agent persistence.
· Windows Deployment: Proficient in silent installs, MSI packaging, and PowerShell scripting.
· Code Signing: Experience with EV code signing certificates for software deployment is a huge plus.
· Mindset: You are a builder, not just a ticket-taker. You focus on automation and stability.
Project Scope: 25-100 endpoints initially, with long-term growth potential.
