We are seeking a passionate and energetic Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team! Responsibilities
Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, Lymphatic, trigger point therapy, and relaxation massage tailored to individual client needs.
Conduct patient assessments to understand their health history, current concerns, and treatment goals.
Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate therapies for ongoing pain management, lymphatic or occupational health issues.
Maintain detailed treatment records, documenting client progress and treatment plans accurately.
Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by adhering to sanitation standards and clinic protocols.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to optimize patient outcomes.
Provide exceptional patient service by listening attentively, addressing concerns promptly, and fostering a positive experience for every client.
Experience
Proven experience as a Certified Massage Therapist with a strong background in patient service and assessment.
Hands-on expertise in Lymphatic ( preferred) deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques.
Knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to therapeutic massage.
Prior experience working in a med spa or occupational health setting is highly desirable.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients and tailor treatments accordingly.
Familiarity with anatomy knowledge and physiology principles that support effective therapy delivery.
