The foam is permanently attached in this case and the case has no wheels. There is a little wear on the foam, but it's just about as new overall.

Inside dimensions 48.75 inches by 9.125 inches by 4 inches (the depth is split between 2.5 inches on the bottom and 1.5 inches in the lid)

Waterproof with an ambient pressure equalization valve just like a Pelican case (presumably if you're looking at this ad, you already know that SKB manufactures cases used around the world in some of the toughest conditions)
