I have an available master bedroom in a 2 bedroom/ 1 bath with one roommate that is ideal for anyone seeking the perfect location. I'm looking for someone who is a clean and respectful person to sublet in the heart of the West Loop and steps away from great restaurants as well as coffee shops on restaurant row along with Target, Whole Foods, and Mariano's. The loop is a 20-minute walk for work.
$1350/ mo. The bedroom has lots of natural light and will be furnished with a queen bed and is available starting June 1st through the August 31, 2026 but this is flexible. The common areas will also be furnished so all you need to bring is a suitcase. This room is HUGE. To give you an idea of the size, you can fit two queen beds in it. It's also within walking distance to the UIC Halsted Blue Line stop.
