Sublet my spacious studio in the heart of Chicago's West Town neighborhood!

I'm seeking someone to sublet my apartment for June. The place is, however, available to move into ASAP and the subleaser would not need to pay any rent or utilities for the rest of May. So a free place to stay for two weeks. The rent is $1250 and utilities (only pay gas and electric, trash and water are included) tend to run about $50-100. My landlord is also willing to offer a one-year lease (the rent would go up to $1280) starting in July as well, but this wouldn't be a requirement to sublet. This place is also pet friendly with no fees or breed restrictions.

The apartment is a spacious, 900 sq. ft. studio with an updated kitchen and dishwasher. There's plenty of storage space and big windows that let in good light, even for being on the first floor. The exposed brick and high ceilings are also lovely features. The apartment is on the first floor with its own entrance through a locked courtyard. The courtyard is a shared space with lounge chairs and a grill. There is coin-operated laundry in the basement.

The best part of the place is its location. Just off the corner of Chicago and Damen avenues, you would be walking distance from great cafes, restaurants, shops and a Mariano's. It's also right next to three major buses (the Chicago, Damen and Grand buses) and a 15-minute walk to a Blue line L stop. It's also right next to Ukrainian Village and less than a mile south of Wicker Park. There is a mix of paid and free street parking surrounding the apartment -- it's never been a struggle to get a spot nearby.
