About the Event
Vaudezilla is producing a refined, Japanese Garden–inspired private event for a corporate client (approx. 120 guests).
The atmosphere will be serene, elegant, and immersive — honoring traditional Japanese aesthetics of balance, grace, and natural beauty.
We are seeking Japanese or Japan-heritage artists (and experienced collaborators who have trained in or respectfully interpret Japanese traditions) to help bring this vision to life.
Artists We Hope to Include
We’re especially interested in artists working within:
Nihon Buyō (classical Japanese dance)
Shamisen, koto, shakuhachi, or taiko music
Calligraphy / sumi-e live art
Tea ceremony / kimono dressing demonstrations
Contemporary fusion dance inspired by Japanese forms
We welcome both solo and ensemble performers.
Performance Overview
Opening feature: 10 – 15 minutes (stage or open-floor)
Roaming ambience & photo moments throughout the hour
Props and lighting provided (parasols, fans, garden-tone illumination)
