Last Touch Remodeling is looking for a highly skilled painter/remodeling technician to join our growing team.
We’re not looking for someone who can simply roll paint on a wall.
We’re looking for a star player.
Someone who works fast, produces high-quality results, shows up every day, solves problems without being babysat, and takes pride in their craftsmanship.
If you’re the type of person who constantly has excuses, needs reminders, or cuts corners, this is not the position for you.
What We’re Looking For:
• Interior & exterior painting
• Expert brush & roller work
• Airless & HVLP spray experience
• Cabinet painting & refinishing
• Staining & fine finish work
• Drywall repairs & patching
• Caulking & trim work
• Surface preparation & sanding
• Basic carpentry skills
• General remodeling experience
Requirements:
• Reliable transportation
• Own basic tools
• Ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional attitude
• Consistent attendance
• Ability to maintain production without sacrificing quality
