• Experience with second-floor additions
• Wood framing and structural framing
• Build decks and stairs
• Install doors and windows
• Read construction drawings and work independently
• Knowledge of residential building codes is a plus
• Must have your own basic tools and reliable transportation
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to produce quality work
