Front bedroom area needs repair to water damaged areas, I took it apart, dried it out and simply do not feel like sinking more money into it. I rebuilt the Slide Out floor which had water damage, it is now solid. The entire floor has been cleaned and stained. I stripped the entire carpet and vinyl off of the floor, cleaned and restained everything. The frame underneath has virtually no rust - looks very good. Prior owner never emptied the black water (yea.. lol) I learned that after I bought it, I haven't touched it.
Electrical system is 95% solid. Bathroom lights don't work, don't know why yet, under microwave light doesn't work, don't know why. Microwave did work, lately it doesn't, don't know why. Everything else is solid. I have not tried using any of the gas systems. I believe the water lines are still winterized from last year (pink fluid comes out) - I have not messed with them yet other than a quick test. I bought this 2 months ago.. dug into it.. needs more work than I thought so Im going to get something new. However, I've got it prepped to finish up now.
The floor is rock solid, slide out is solid, the AC is new (prior owner replaced it before it took on water damage and they got rid of it / I bought it). AC and 98% of all lights work great. I've used them a lot. Clean title in my name.
Bathroom exhaust fan works - only thing I have tried in there.
Has 2 new Marine grade batteries. I have not tried or messed with the propane tanks, have not even looked at them yet.
Couch folds out into a 2 person bed (needs new mattress - to springy). The bedroom bed I ripped up to clean and fix the room.
