Established Carrier Backing | Industry-Leading, Uncapped Splits
We are an established carrier launching a new, service-oriented brokerage division and need a proven Freight Broker to lead the charge. This is a commission-based opportunity for agents who have a strong book of business and want maximum support without the startup hassle.
What You Bring (Requirements):
-Minimum 2 Years as a Freight Agent/Broker.
-Established Book of Business with active shipping clients.
-In-depth knowledge of U.S. freight markets (Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, etc.).
-Ability to manage the cradle-to-grave freight lifecycle independently. (but will have ownership support during startup phase)
-Familiarity with TMS software and load boards (DAT, Truckstop).
-Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
