PAY &EARNINGS (Choose between W-2 or 1099 compensation!)
Option 1: Cents Per Mile (Conestoga/Flatbed)
90 CPM (1099)
75 CPM (W-2)
Option 2: Percentage of Gross (Conestoga/Flatbed)
32% (1099) + Loyalty Bonus 1% each year (up to 3 years)
28% (W-2) + Loyalty Bonus 1% each year (up to 3 years)
Option 1: Cents Per Mile (Dry Van)
72 CPM (1099)
65 CPM (W-2)
Option 2: Percentage of Gross (Dry van)
30% (1099) + Loyalty Bonus 1% each year(up to 3 years)
26% (W-2) + Loyalty Bonus 1% each year (up to 3 years)
Referral Program
Bring in qualified drivers and get paid for a full year.
Earn 1% of the referred driver’s gross for 12 consecutive months.
Minimum Qualifications:
SAP drivers not accepted
No DUIs within the past 7 years
No more than 2 moving violations within the past 3 years of driving history
