PAY — YOUR CHOICE

Option 1: $0.90 per mile loaded and empty
Tarp Pay: $50 for 4 ft / $100 for 8 ft
Option 2: 30% of Gross Revenue
(no tarp pay with this option)
Mileage calculated zip-to-zip via company TMS — final for payroll.

Driver must:
Open and maintain their own company
Obtain an EIN (Employer Identification Number)
Maintain a business bank account under company name
Be responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes

WEEKLY DEDUCTIONS
——————————————
$33/week — Occupational Accident Insurance (mandatory)
$250/week — Safety Deposit for 10 weeks ($2,500 total)

CAMERA POLICY
——————————————
Our trucks are equipped with two cameras — one facing the road ahead and one inside the cab.
The interior camera is used only in critical situations such as accidents or serious safety incidents. It is not used for routine monitoring.
Drivers are welcome to cover the interior camera once the truck is parked — we respect your privacy during rest time.
