Pay Options

• $1.10 per mile (take-home)
  All standard deductions are covered — $1.10 per mile is paid to the Owner Operator net
• 90/10 revenue split (90% paid to the Owner Operator)

Pay structure is selected during onboarding based on your equipment, experience, and operating preferences.

Owner Operator Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 2 years OTR experience
• Clean MVR & PSP
• Active LLC or Corporation with EIN
• Safe, professional operating record
