π TRAINING PROGRAM:
- 3 days local yard training in Joliet, IL (unpaid)
- Then team driving for 1β3 weeks:
- With a new driver: Earn 12.5% of gross ($1500β$1700/week)
- With an experienced driver: Flat $500 training pay

π° PAY STRUCTURE:
- 25% of gross your first month solo
- +1% raise every 6 months until you reach 30%
- Flatbed drivers start at 25%, same raise schedule
- Average gross: $9,000β$13,000/week
- Paid every Friday via direct deposit
- 1099 position β no escrow, no nonsense
